Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone!

Some of my favorite Valentine’s Day recipes include:

Raspberry Coconut Macaroons

Paleo Peppermint Patties

Gluten-Free Strawberry Cupcakes

Also did you know that all See’s Candies are gluten-free? I have an unhealthy love for See’s Candies and let myself indulge a few times a year, including Valentine’s Day!

Thanks for reading my blog and all your wonderful comments. Aside from loving food, hearing that you’ve tried and liked my recipes is what keeps me blogging!

I am very excited to be giving away a $50 gift card from Bob’s Red Mill! I use Bob’s Red Mill products everyday and they make gluten-free life so much easier. Because I have celiac disease, it is very important to me that gluten-free products are indeed gluten-free.

When it comes to gluten-free products, here is Bob’s Red Mill’s policy:

“To assure the integrity of all of our Gluten Free products, we adhere to a standard of no more than 19 parts per million of gluten. Weโ€™ve even built a separate Gluten Free packaging division complete with specialized machinery to make sure that our products maintain their purity–just as nature intended. By going to these lengths, weโ€™re able to ensure that folks with wheat allergies, celiac disease and gluten intolerance can trust that our products are safe to consume.”

I love having piece of mind when I use their flours and mixes! Not to mention Bob’s Red Mill products are always very high quality. I’ve mentioned before that Bob’s Red Mill quinoa is my favorite brand of quinoa and has a wonderfully mild taste. Other products I use all the time include, buckwheat groats, various starches (potato, tapioca, arrowroot), gluten-free oats, coconut flour, cornmeal, andย hazelnut flour.

I am also a fan of Bob’s Red Mill’s mixes for family vacations, trips to visit friends, and when I’m short on time. I love making baked goods from scratch, but sometimes having a mix to grab is so convenient! (Dragging all my gluten-free baking supplies everywhere would be quite an effort…) Bob’s Red Millย gluten-free pie crust is totally delicious and so convenient. Their gluten-free brownie mix is also fantastic. Last year I visited my best friend in Boston and we made these brownies for brownie ice cream sundaes. (Speaking of great Valentine’s Day desserts!) My friend always says now that gluten-free brownies are the best kind of brownies.

You can enter the giveaway below! It will run from today until Thursday, February 20th at midnight pacific time. Good luck!
