I love it when clementines are in season! The smell that instantly fills the room when you start peeling one always reminds me of the holidays. They really are the perfect little fruit. I have a smoothie almost everyday. I usually make green smoothies, but am always looking for ways to switch it up. This smoothie is a great way to enjoy winter citrus as a healthy treat!

Really good, but I probably should have juiced the clementines first, because the pulp kinda ruined it…):

My new favorite smoothie! I make smoothies daily for my little girls and we were in a rut…. A new spin on an oldie but goodie! I skipped the stevia and added some kefir and coconut water (and used coconut milk). I have a NutriBullet and the pulp wasn’t an issue. So very delicious.
